For so many years, Amazon has been serving the Netherland’s Customers. If we talk about Amazon presence in Netherland then we have to go back in 2013 when AWS (Amazon Web Services) launched its first development center in The Hague which is followed by an AWS office in 2015 then after that Amazon launched an ebook store in NL in November 2014 on Amazon.nl.
On this 10th March 2020, Amazon launched its online store in the Netherlands with millions of products. It’s the 16th Global Marketplace of Amazon. Dutch people could purchase books only from American’s web store Dutch Site.
It across more than 30 categories and get them delivered at home. Like, consumer electronics, PC, Sports and Outdoors, Tools, Toys, Home & Kitchen, Home Improvement, Beauty, Fashion, Shoe, Kindle E-readers, Ring Video Doorbells as well as Fire TV Stick Devices.
If Dutch and Foreign Sellers want to sell their products on Amazon.nl then they can register on it. It’s a very exciting prospect for all the retailers across Europe.
People of the Netherlands are still able to order their required products from other European Amazon Websites which includes France, German and the United Kingdom. Amazon has a plan to increase the list of the products and will be competing with local players like Bol.Com, Coolblue, and Wehkamp
